- Coordinating with clients with inquiries and concerns
- Perform ERP software training sessions and presentations to clients
- Assist in troubleshooting computer, software, & network issues.
- Actively communicate with different departments in devising solutions to streamline processes
- Work on company ERP Software
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or any college degree equivalent.
- Knowledgeable on warehouse and ecommerce fulfillment
- Willing to go field work if needed
- Good communication skills
- Other duties/projects, as needed.
