Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly sales quota
  • Overall management of online channels (Shopee and Lazada) including customer communications
  • Responsible for improving overall store metrics
  • Ensure quality on providing customer service and conflict resolution
  • Answer inquiries and provide excellent customer service through chat software and emails.
  • Use on-page and off-page marketing tools to boost online store sales.
  • Come up with content like descriptions and photos for the posts.
  • Strategize and implement marketing campaigns and activities to boost and generate sales
  • Contact and negotiate with clients to address inquiries and store improvement
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Requirements

  • Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, Lazada, Shopee, Adobe Photoshop, and other editing software is a plus.
  • Internet savvy and computer literate. (Gmail, Facebook, Microsoft Office Packages.)
  • Good interpersonal and (verbal and written) communication skills
  • We also consider undergraduates who have previous related experience.
  • Marketing mind and good in creating selling strategies.
  • Able to handle customers well.
  • Resides near the Tayuman, Manila.
  • Willing to work on Monday to Saturday
